Dylan is a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in both church and corporate production environments. Over the years, he has successfully managed teams of varying sizes, always with a focus on fostering empowerment and community. With a Bachelors in Audio Production, his work as a freelance audio engineer has further refined his passion, allowing him to deliver exceptional sound quality in every project. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Organizational Leadership, further enhancing his leadership capabilities.

Dylan works at Christ Fellowship Church as the Production Dream Team Specialist, where he works alongside Campus Production Managers to help develop systems and processes to empower and equip the volunteers who make the weekends and events happen. He also serves as the FILO Conference Stream Producer, bringing his expertise to make attendees feel engaged and part of the conference no matter what part of the world they are tuning in from.

When he’s not behind the soundboard, doing homework, or leading a team, he enjoys spending time with his wife Meghan, staying active, reading a book, traveling, and hanging out with close friends. His passion for excellence and collaboration drives him to create meaningful experiences in every aspect of his work.
